Source notes and differences
The state data flags speed-related involvement and suspected alcohol/drugs; confirmed-alcohol, confirmed-drugs and DUI flags are N. KSL and Gephardt Daily quote police saying impairment was not suspected. This discrepancy is unresolved; the flags do not establish intoxication or identify who was suspected.
The cyclist circumstance code 06 means failure to obey a traffic sign, signal or officer; it does not identify a signal indication or establish legal fault.
